Terms of Service

These terms apply when you access or use Zoe's Deals. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Zoe's Deals provides

Zoe's Deals is an independent shopping-information and deal-aggregation service. We collect, organize, and link to product offers from third-party sources and retailers. We are not the seller, manufacturer, fulfillment provider, or payment processor for the products shown.

Deal information and purchases

Prices, availability, coupons, shipping costs, eligibility requirements, and product details can change at any time. We try to keep listings useful and current, but we do not guarantee that any deal is accurate, available, complete, or suitable for you. You are responsible for confirming all terms on the retailer's site before purchasing. Any purchase is a transaction between you and the applicable retailer and is governed by that retailer's terms and policies.

Accounts and Google sign-in

If account features are available, you may sign in using an eligible Google account. You are responsible for activity performed through your Zoe's Deals session and for keeping your device and Google account secure. You may not impersonate another person, create or use accounts to evade restrictions, or provide misleading information. We may restrict or suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, security threats, or repeated violations of these terms.

Reporting deal problems

Signed-in users may be able to report expired deals, price changes, invalid coupons, or other listing problems. Reports must be truthful, relevant, and submitted in good faith. Do not submit spam, promotional material, personal information, unlawful content, or reports intended to manipulate listings or harm others.

You retain ownership of explanations you submit. You give Zoe's Deals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, reproduce, and use that content as reasonably necessary to investigate the report, operate the service, and improve deal accuracy. We may dismiss, retain, or remove reports and may act on them at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or access controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or non-public endpoints.
• Use automated requests at a volume that disrupts the service or ignores published technical controls.
• Submit false reports, manipulate popularity signals, or create multiple accounts to evade limits.
• Introduce malicious code or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Copy or republish substantial portions of the site in a way that falsely suggests affiliation with Zoe's Deals.

Affiliate and third-party links

Some retailer links may be affiliate links. Zoe's Deals may receive compensation from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Compensation does not determine deal order. Third-party sites and services are controlled by their respective operators; we are not responsible for their content, availability, security, products, or privacy practices.

Ownership

Zoe's Deals owns or licenses the site's design, software, original text, branding, and compilation of content. Product names, images, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes. These terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Service changes and termination

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service, and may remove listings or restrict access when reasonably necessary. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of account information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free information, product quality, retailer performance, savings, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zoe's Deals and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, purchasing decisions, retailer conduct, or losses arising from reliance on deal information. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Zoe's Deals for the service during the previous 12 months or $100. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you. Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the concern.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when updated terms are published. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
